I've been running Bay Area roads and races long enough to know what a finish line actually means — not the clock time, but the moment just before someone crosses it. The expression that shows up when the miles are almost over. That's the frame I'm after.



Over the past few years I've photographed running events across the San Francisco Bay Area — from community 5Ks in Golden Gate Park to multi-distance race weekends. I've built my work around documentary-style event coverage that captures the real story of race day. Not just finish line action, but the community, the volunteers, the nervous energy at the start, and the faces of people who just did something they weren't sure they could do.

I work regularly with race management organizations, run clubs, and nonprofits across the Bay Area who need consistent, professional imagery for social media, sponsor reporting, fundraising materials, and marketing — and who want a photographer that already understands the logistics of race day because I've lived them as a participant.
